The Layout: The property consists of: • Two Upper-Level Residences (2BR / 2BA each) • Two Lower-Level Residences (2BR / 1BA each) Total: • 8 Bedrooms • 6 Full Bathrooms • 4 Living Rooms • 4 Kitchens • Shared Courtyard • Screened Porches (lower units) Each residence has its own private entrance. There are no interior connecting doors between units. Guests walk outside to move between residences, just like traditional historic Savannah townhomes. With that comes original character — including older architectural features, traditional layouts, and normal historic home sounds. Please don't expect perfection. • Four Separate Residences The full-property booking includes four fully private units. There are interior foyers connecting doors between residences (a foyer on each side of the building- so two units are connected, and the other two are connected in the other foyer). • Stairs Required The two upper residences require one flight of exterior stairs. There is no elevator. • Group Expectations We welcome celebrations, family gatherings, and special occasions — but this is not a party house. Quiet hours are strictly enforced out of respect for neighbors. • No On-Site Staff This is a private self-check-in property. Our team is available remotely throughout your stay. • Weather Awareness Like all Savannah homes, the property is subject to normal coastal weather patterns including humidity, heat, and occasional storms. • Shared Courtyard Space All four residences share access to the 2 lower courtyard area. • Pest Control Savannah is a coastal Southern city. We maintain regular professional pest control service, but occasional insects can appear, especially in warmer months. -This is a Savannah things! But the entire building has electronic & chemical pest control. • Security Exterior security cameras monitor entrances for safety and insurance purposes. No cameras are located inside any residence.
